Responsibilities

Requirements: 
  • Candidates must be enthusiastic and enjoy working with children who have developmental disabilities. On the job training is provided. Opportunities for professional growth are available.  
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with previous experience working with children and their families in a professional setting. 
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills. 
  • Candidates are required to successfully complete Registered Behavior Technician online module training and must be able to successfully pass all post-training tests regarding ABA (applied behavior analysis) principles, skill prompting, and assaultive techniques within 6 months of completion.   
  • Clear Criminal Background Check 
  • Provide a minimum of two (2) professional references 
  • Candidates must follow our attendance policies as well as arrive on time for their scheduled shifts.
