At Creating Brighter Futures, we provide center-based pediatric therapy for children who have been diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other developmental disorders, ages 2-18 years old. We offer Applied Behavior Analysis therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Social Skills groups, and Mental Health Counseling. Our goal is to provide the skills, teaching environments, and learning opportunities necessary to improve the quality of life for each of our clients in a center-based setting. Each child will receive the best individualized, evidence-based treatments available.
Responsibilities
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Carry a caseload that contains 25 billable hours per week
- Oversight of behavior technicians and Case Managers including training to become registered behavior technicians
- Written and face-to-face feedback provided
- Provide RBT supervision
- Complete technician quarterly evaluations
- Complete parent training a minimum of every 30 days, identify and recommend more frequent trainings when necessary
- Intake, reassessments, program development, and behavior management of client caseload
